I have worked on a number of interesting projects through Buddy Films recently, including shooting a series of films for Thomson on location in Lanzarote. The online films were created to promote their resorts throughout the island. Having started shooting these on a jib arm to create cinematic movement in every shot, it was impossible to go back to using a more static approach of head and legs. This approach married beautifully with landscape footage shot from an aerial drone.
